The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing regular product evaluations and recording inspection results for injected and extruded cores in accordance with Core-Tech and customer specifications.

• Read specifications to understand the quality requirements
• Dimensionally inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
• Perform visual inspection of ceramic cores per customer specifications
• Report inspection and test data
• Maintain product tractability
• Control non-conforming material
• Perform final visual inspection
• X-ray inspection

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques
• Ability to use calipers and micrometers
• Good math and technical skills
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
• Working knowledge of MS Office

The Quality Inspector reports directly to the Quality Department Supervisor.
