Part-Time Counter Associate

• Greet customers promptly and assist them in a friendly, professional manner.
• Help customers locate products and answer basic product questions.
• Direct more detailed product or technical questions to the appropriate team member.
• Answer incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and route calls as needed.
• Enter customer purchases and complete checkout transactions accurately.
• Accept approved forms of payment and provide receipts.
• Keep the counter, checkout area, and nearby displays clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with stocking, labeling, and putting away merchandise.
• Fill e-commerce orders accurately and prepare items for shipment, including picking, packing, labeling, and organizing completed orders for carrier pickup.
• Follow company procedures for customer service, safety, payments, and store security.
• Complete other basic store or office tasks as assigned.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Friendly and comfortable speaking with customers in person and by phone.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Able to work cooperatively with team members and ask questions when assistance is needed.
• Maintain a neat appearance and a courteous attitude.
• Arrive on time and notify a supervisor promptly if an absence or schedule issue occurs.
• Stand or walk for portions of the shift and be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
