• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly and monthly
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Ensure customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash, perform opening/closing of business
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and keep accurate goal tracking records

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18 years old
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (up to 7 hours per day)
• Capable of lifting 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
