• Technicians with relevant experience and manufacturer training start at $33/hour or more.
• Overtime is available and paid at time + 1/2.

What You'll Do as a Field Technician

• Perform diagnostics and make repairs on both company and customer‑owned equipment in the field.
• Keep up-to-date with manufacturer standards, certifications, and ongoing education.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, both in the shop and on customer job sites.
• Utilize your technical skills (12/24V electrical, HPH diagnostics, and laptop skills) to solve complex problems.

What We’re Looking For

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED plus a 2‑year Diesel Technology, Ag Technology, Automotive Technology, or Heavy Equipment Technology degree (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
  
  2‑5 years of experience working on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, or heavy equipment maintenance experience.
• Skills:
  
  Strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to communicate well with customers, and a focus on safety.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift, push, or carry 75 lbs. or more, and perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and stretching for extended periods.

Other Requirements

• Valid driver's license (CDL preferred or able to obtain) and clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screen (including medical marijuana).
• Authorized to work in the USA.
