Join Exscape Designs as a full-time Construction Foreman and lead a crew of 2-3 team members creating high-end outdoor spaces. Specializing in landscape construction and hardscape installations, Exscape Designs values craftsmanship, teamwork, and safety. In this role, you will guide daily job site work, coordinate materials and equipment, and help deliver quality projects that meet customer expectations. Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a crew of 2-3 team members on outdoor construction and hardscape installation projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to guide accurate, efficient installation.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and job site logistics to keep work progressing toward project deadlines.
- Operate and maintain landscape construction equipment and machinery safely.
- Train and mentor crew members to strengthen their skills and support teamwork.
- Monitor project progress and workmanship to ensure quality, timely completion, and customer satisfaction.
- Enforce safety standards and company policies on every job site.
- Participate in snow operations during the winter months.
- Experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or a related field.
- Leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate a crew.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate construction equipment safely.
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but are not required.
$22-$30 per hour
, based on experience and leadership skills. This is a full-time position.
