• Complete small to medium repairs and improvement projects
• Communicate with customers and vendors about scope of work and cost estimates
• Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
• Keep company equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
• Painting structures, performing masonry work, repairing plumbing fixtures and woodwork.
• Repairing, assisting in repairing or overseeing contracted personnel on heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems.
• Performing or overseeing janitorial services and grounds maintenance such as landscaping, lawn care and snow removal.

• 1-3 years previous experience required
• Good interpersonal skills, mathematical aptitude, mechanical/technical skills and aptitude and logical problem-solving skills necessary.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment with a highly participative work system.
• Ability to work independently in a safe and timely manner necessary.
• Must be motivated towards productivity improvements, safety and quality awareness.
