Overview is provided for candidates in the Cleveland, Akron, Walton Hills, Mentor and Hinckley areas.

• Delivery and pickup of 6–20 yard roll-off dumpsters for construction and household debris.
• Operate and drive the company truck; maintain safety and security of cargo.
• Receive and relay information to the central dispatcher; perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle; keep the vehicle clean.
• Travel with a company-provided truck; dispatcher guidance available via smartphone.
• Provide professional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.

• Must be at least 25 years of age with a clean driving record.
• Professional attitude and appearance; ability to speak, read, and write English well enough to communicate and complete reports.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Some commercial vehicle operation experience is preferable.
• Good understanding of the local area and neighborhoods.
• Must have or be able to obtain a current commercial DOT driver’s medical card (no CDL needed).
• Criminal history background check and MVR record screening; must pass a 12‑panel drug screen.
• Travel: company truck provided.
• Preferred: familiarity with smartphones.
