Zorgplein Noord in Meppel is op zoek naar twee schoolmaatschappelijk werkers voor 24 uur per week. In deze rol bied je professionele hulp aan leerlingen van 4 tot 23 jaar en hun ouders, met de nadruk op preventieve zorg en ondersteuning.
Je werkt op meerdere basisscholen en verzorgt trainingen in het voortgezet onderwijs. We vragen een relevante HBO-opleiding en je moet beschikbaar zijn op vrijdag. De aanstelling is in eerste instantie voor een jaar.
