BMC Uitvoering is op zoek naar een Ervaren Veilig Thuis Medewerker die meldingen analyseert en gezinnen ondersteunt in complexe situaties. Je werkt onafhankelijk maar vanuit verbinding met gezinnen, kinderen en andere betrokkenen om veiligheid te waarborgen.
Je voert huisbezoeken uit, beoordeelt de situatie en regisseert passende hulpverlening. Relevante ervaring en een lopende SKJ-registratie zijn vereist, samen met een HBO-diploma Jeugdzorg en bereidheid tot reizen binnen de regio.
