We are seeking a qualified Dental Assistant to join our team at Dental Care Alliance, providing high-level patient care and operating in a team-based environment.

As a Dental Assistant, you will support the clinical team and dental professionals with treatment, ensuring excellent patient experience in our modern practice. Candidates must have prior dental assisting experience.

• Competitive hourly pay $20–$23
• Full-time schedule:
  Monday–Thursday 7:30 am–5:00 pm;
  Friday 7:30 am–1:00 pm

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments; assist dentists during procedures.
• Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Take and develop X‑rays; assist with impressions and maintain study models.
• Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and intake.
• Manage dental emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.

• Completion of a one-year certified dental assistant program.
• X‑ray certification highly recommended.
• Nitrous oxide certification highly recommended.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Dental Assistants are also expected to maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required by law.
