RoleJoin our R&D lab to design, test, and troubleshoot prototype electromechanical systems and power electronics. Work hands‑on with high
- voltage systems (3‑phase 50V+), DMMs, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools in a dynamic, less‑structured environment.
"This will be more in a research and development lab, not a production lab. So, it’s less structured and requires a little bit higher safety skills and troubleshooting"
What We’re Looking For- Experience with high-voltage electronics and 3‑phase systems
- Skilled with soldering
, DMMs,
oscilloscopes
, and circuit troubleshooting - Strong problem-solving, documentation, and lab safety skills
- Technical school coursework (up to 1 year)
- 2-5+ years relevant experience
- Fully onsite in Mequon, WI
- Hands‑on R&D environment with varied projects
- Opportunity to work with cutting‑edge prototype systems
