The Opportunity:

We’re hiring a Designer to play a key role in bringing innovative products to life. In this position, you’ll support Product Development, R&D, and Engineering Change initiatives by creating accurate CAD models, detailed engineering drawings, and well-managed design data. You’ll work closely with engineers across departments, contribute to high-performance product designs, and help maintain the tools and processes that keep our engineering team operating at its best.

What You’ll Do:
  • Create, update, and process engineering change documentation (ECRs/ECNs)
  • Build and revise CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings in PTC Creo
  • Manage drawing revisions and design data in Windchill PLM
  • Provide CAD exports and drawing files to internal teams and external customers
  • Assist with design reviews, including DFMEAs for new product development
  • Create and update tolerance stacks to support manufacturability
  • Support procurement of prototypes and test fixtures
  • Produce models and drawings for supplier quotes
  • Perform basic FEA to support engineering analysis
What You Bring:
  • Associate degree in Mechanical Design (or equivalent experience), plus 3–5 years in a design or drafting role
  • Strong skills in 3D CAD modeling and drawing creation (PTC Creo preferred)
  • Experience with PLM/document management systems (Windchill preferred)
  • Solid understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and ASME Y14.5-2018 standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bonus: Experience supporting product development, R&D work, or engineering change processes
