- Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg setting.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
- Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.

- Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.
- Manage time efficiently to prioritize patient care tasks.
- Current RN license in Wisconsin with Med Surg experience.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training.
- Proven skills in patient education and health management.
- Experience with electronic health records and documentation.
- Effective communication skills with patients and families.
- Strong commitment to safety and infection control protocols.
- Ability to monitor and document vital signs accurately.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize patient care tasks.
- Experience in quality improvement initiatives within healthcare.
