Chiropractic Associate

Location: Balance Chiropractic Center, LLC – 10033 N. Port Washington Rd, Suite 250, Mequon, WI 53092
Hours: Full-Time, 35–36 hrs/week

At Balance Chiropractic Center, you’ll work alongside Dr. Hutan Ghojallu
, a NUCCA practitioner with 30 years of experience and a reputation for delivering results through precise, principled chiropractic care. Our practice combines NUCCA with lighter adjusting techniques, MLS laser therapy, and rehabilitative exercises to help patients achieve lasting improvements.

This is a great opportunity for a doctor who values high standards, steady mentorship, and a supportive, patient-focused environment.

• Direct mentorship from a seasoned NUCCA doctor
• A supportive team of three CAs (front desk, financial, and tech)
• A practice known for strong patient relationships and reliable outcomes
• A clear path for long-term growth (3+ years)
• Training in technique, communication, office procedures, and practice-building

• Provide gentle NUCCA adjustments

• Participate in team communication to ensure exceptional patient experiences

• Base salary + bonuses: $61,000–$121,000 annually
• CE expenses covered (first year, possibly longer)
