Job SummaryWork closely with stakeholders to understand, create and improve business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for HR systems. Lead and support HR projects that require HRIS enablement, resolve technology break/fix issues, and promote user adoption across the Workday platform. Design, develop, and implement data‑views and dashboards to support HR and leadership teams and produce internal technical documentation.

Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) - Travel:
Up to 5% - Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship at this time)
- Convert HR business and reporting needs into functional system specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, data‑views, and analytics aligned with HR strategy.
- Ensure reporting solutions meet business decision‑making requirements.
- Support existing HR reports and dashboards.
- Promote self‑service analytics and partner with HR to create new data visualization methods.
- Participate in BI Center of Excellence meetings to uphold governance standards.
- Lead HRIS‑enabled projects and manage prioritization of requests.
- Provide project management within the HR portfolio.
- Upskill users on HRIS functionality and reporting tools.
- Deliver day‑to‑day support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for HR systems.
- Maintain clear communication through updates, documentation, and training materials.
- Follow Environmental, Quality, and Safety Management System procedures.
- Meet essential job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Three+ years of Workday technology experience (scheduling, timekeeping, leave, payroll modules).
- Workday configuration experience with break/fix, enhancements and release functionality.
- Service‑first approach and end‑user design focus.
- Project management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Analytical thinking and basic system troubleshooting across the HR technology ecosystem.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Functional HR experience.
- Quantitative data experience with data visualization and HR analytics.
