Comcentia is seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Manager or Senior Analyst to lead AI Readiness Assessments for our clients. In this role, you will drive the evaluation of organizational maturity across data, governance, security, responsible AI, and change management domains, supporting digital transformation and Microsoft AI adoption initiatives (including ECIF-funded projects).

• Lead end-to-end AI Readiness Assessments using structured frameworks and questionnaires.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to gather evidence and score readiness across multiple domains.
• Analyze assessment results
  , identify gaps, and develop actionable roadmaps for AI adoption and responsible AI practices.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with technical, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment with Microsoft Responsible AI and security standards.
• Support project planning, risk management, and change management activities for AI and digital transformation initiatives.
• Stay current on AI governance, data privacy, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (
  Master’s preferred
  ).
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or digital transformation (
  AI/ML experience a plus
  ).
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and responsible AI principles.
• Experience with assessment frameworks (e.g., AI Readiness, NIST, ISO,
  Microsoft Responsible AI
  ).
• Strong experience with Copilot Adoption and Microsoft AI Readiness Methodology a much have.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
