Executive Director | Senior Living
Location:
Mequon, WI

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of a senior living community in Mequon, WI. This individual will play a key leadership role in fostering a positive environment for residents, families, employees, and referral partners.

The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with financial acumen, guiding the community to meet revenue goals while carefully managing expenses. We are looking for a professional who thrives in an environment built on respect, transparency, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for the community.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience as an Executive Director in Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Home Care.
  • Knowledge of state regulations governing senior living communities.
  • Administrator’s license, if required by the state.
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
