As Accounting Manager, you’ll lead and support essential financial functions for multiple companies, including:

• Managing the monthly close and preparing accurate financial statements
• Overseeing general ledger activity and ensuring data integrity
• Producing financial reports on a periodic basis
• Providing account analysis and reconciliations
• Working with cross-functional teams to establish processes resulting in accurate accounting records
• Approving vendor bills in ERP system and preparing weekly check run
• Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and staff

• Administering Net Suite ERP
• Developing Net Suite reports and Excel applications using Power Query
• Overseeing sales tax filings processed by Avalara
• Overseeing expense management software to be implemented in 2026
• Identifying how AI can be applied in Accounting department
• Implementing AI solutions

• Strategic financial planning and analysis
• Treasury and cash management
• Responsible for and oversight of all accounting functions and reporting including payroll
• Management of accounting staff
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Tax planning and tax return preparation
• Assess AI and other technology solutions that will benefit your functional areas and lead solutions implementation

• Review company agreements consulting with outside counsel as needed
• Negotiate agreement terms with customers, vendors and other third parties

• Direct and oversee the activity of HR Manager who is responsible for all functional areas of HR including talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Discretion with confidential information
• A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow
• Genuine interest in AI, automation, and business innovation
• Ability to think strategically and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Experience in any of the following is a plus:
  • Net Suite or comparable ERP systems
  • Turbo Tax
  • Legal contract review
  • Human resources
