In this role, your expertise will prove invaluable to improving production and manufacturing efficiency. This position allows you to take full ownership of CNC and automation processes, working closely alongside cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and engage in technical problem solving to improve production.
This role would suit a CNC Programmer from an industrial background, looking to progress into senior engineering or management.
The Role:- Lead the development and optimization of CNC and Automated machinery.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency, cost and quality.
- Engage in technical problem solving and develop documentation for process improvement.
- Strong experience in CNC programming and machining.
- CMM, CAM and G- Code Experience.
- Industrial manufacturing or machine shop background.
