We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Assembler to join our team on the 2nd shift (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm). The Assembler will assemble metal components and structures according to specifications, ensuring high‑quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.

• Interpret and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Assemble metal parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Conduct inspections of finished products for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly‑related issues.
• Document assembly process and maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on tasks.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in metal fabrication is a plus.
• Proven experience in metal assembly or fabrication preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools used in metalwork.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
