Responsibilities
- Manually set up press, print, score, and die cut accurately in accordance with proper operating techniques and specs.
- Inspect all dies before and after a run to ensure any necessary repairs are made before the next run.
- Ensure all bolts for the die cut cylinder are in place and tightly secured.
- Monitor box quality including, but not limited to, loose liner, warp, correct size, die cut, and print.
- Become efficient in all aspects of the machine – pre-feeder, rotary press, bundle breaker, load former.
- Ink management skills/color adjustment (PH and Viscosity).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- The ability to multi-task and keep up with the pace of production while maintaining excellent quality and meeting machine efficiency goals for setup and run speeds.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Mathematical and problem‑solving ability, and an ability to effectively utilize a tape measure.
- Must be willing to work overtime as required including Saturdays when needed.
