Rockwell Automation is seeking a Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) to lead about 40+ employees in our Final Assembly area at the Mequon, WI plant.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday 2:00pm–10:00pm with occasional Saturdays.
You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, hire and train staff, manage production plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events. This role reports to the Senior Production Supervisor and requires legal work authorization in the U.S.
