We are currently conducting a confidential search for an Assistant Director of Nursing to support a skilled nursing facility in the Mequon, WI area.

Responsibilities include
:

• Assisting DON to achieve state and federal regulatory compliance
• Ensuring staff follow established nursing policies and procedures
• Maintaining Quality Assurance standards
• Assisting the DON in identifying & resolving nursing department issues and needs
• Providing additional training/assistance to nursing staff when necessary

Requirements
:

• Previous nurse management experience within a long-term care environment is desired but not required. We're looking for leadership skills, and not everyone with leadership skills already has experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred but not required

Compensation for this position is competitive, and based upon prior work experience.
