Staff Accountant

• Perform month end close including all journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Capitalization of Assets.
• Assist accounts payable with proper GL account and department coding.
• Support quarterly and annual financial statement audits and bi‑annual collateral exams.
• Prepare sales and property tax returns.
• Manage credit cards and associated transactions.
• Assist in issuing checks/ACH/Wires (from approved cash disbursement requirement report).
• Apply daily cash receipts to bank.
• Work with sales team on collections and prepare month‑end sales reports.
• Prepare weekly accounts of receivable aging and analysis.
