Physician – Dermatologist

All Stone Services is hiring a Dermatologist to work in family practice clinics in the Merced, CA area, with possible additional work in long‑term care facilities. The role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, creating treatment plans, performing medical and cosmetic procedures, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

• Obtain, analyze, and interpret patients' histories and diagnostic information.
• Assess and diagnose skin, hair, and nail conditions and recommend appropriate treatment.
• Prescribe medications and detect adverse drug reactions.
• Educate patients on treatments and preventative care.
• Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic testing relevant to dermatology.
• Conduct in‑office procedures, including medical, surgical (e.g., Mohs surgery) and cosmetic treatments (e.g., Botox, lasers).
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Follow up to monitor patient status.
• Collaborate with primary‑care and specialty providers for continuity of care.
• Provide consultative support to other providers in the clinic and affiliated facilities.

• Maintain complete, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical team meetings.
• Support development of clinical protocols and patient education materials.
• Teach or participate in case conferences, if applicable.
• Supervise or coordinate patient care and support staff activities.
• Stay current with state regulations, payer systems, and safety rules (OSHA, HIPAA, GHR protocols).
• Ensure compliance with all corporate policies.
• Adhere to privacy and cultural sensitivities with minor patients.

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school with residency completion.
• Dermatology fellowship accredited by ABD.
• Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology.
• California MD/DO license (or eligibility to obtain).
• 3‑5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of dermatology procedures and terminology.
• Current BLS/ACLS and DEA certification.
• Experience in a multi‑specialty or FQHC setting preferred.
• In‑depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and best practices.
