Approximately 24 patients/day; 29 are scheduled but there is a 20% no show rate. Walk-ins and same day appointments are also welcome if there is a huge no show rate, so may be up to 29 patients/day.
Procedures:Full scope OB/GYN. Do not send only OB's orGYN's. They want providers to be able to do both OB andGYNprocedures/scope of work.

License Needed:Active CA license
Certifications Needed:BC or truly BE
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed:1-3 years of experience
Try to schedule the OB/GYNs with their own MA's. There will be 1½MA's scheduled with them. The½MA is a float.
There are additional sites/locations forOBGYNand the locum will have to be comfortable to switching locations, if absolutely needed. There is a 3 week patient ramp up, the provider won't be seeing their FULL patient panel until at least 3 weeks into the job. 75% of the population is Spanish speaking and Filipino. They have interpreter lines and virtual translation as well.
Most of their permanent staff is Spanish speaking or able to understand Spanish.
