Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist in California to provide OT services, evaluate patients, and develop treatment plans compliant with state and federal regulations. You will supervise COTAs and rehab techs, manage cases, and contribute to a high-quality therapy program within SNF and LTACH settings.
The role requires ACOTE-accredited OT education, NBCOT certification, and active state licensure where applicable; excellent documentation and communication skills
