The Merced office is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join its growing team.
This role provides exposure to a diverse litigation practice, including:
- Business disputes
- Commercial litigation
- Trust & estate litigation
- Real estate matters
What You’ll Do
- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery documents
- Handle depositions, hearings, and client communications
- Collaborate with experienced litigators on complex matters
- Gain courtroom and potential trial experience early in your career
- Develop trusted relationships with local businesses and individuals
