Associate Attorney – Litigation Practice
Berliner Cohen, LLP is a highly respected full‑service business law firm in Northern California. Our Merced office is actively recruiting an Associate Attorney to work in our litigation practice. The role is ideal for legal professionals interested in business, commercial, trust and estate, and real estate litigation. Candidates may range from new admittees to five years of experience.
Qualifications- J.D. from an accredited law school and current good standing with the California State Bar.
- Ties to the Merced area.
- Strong academic background, proven track record of strong performance and measurable results.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.
- Creative thinker and problem‑solver, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in business, commercial, trust and estate, and real estate litigation.
Salary range: $107,500 to $150,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
