• Experience:

• Licenses: RN-CA
• Certifications:
  
  BLS (Copy Needed); ACLS (Copy Needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale (Copy Needed)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• References: 2 References in entire work history
• BLS
• PALS
• License in hand
