Overall Job Summary
The Team Member is responsible for interacting with customers and team members, supporting selling initiatives, and performing assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
As a Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Performing duties such as operating cash registers, merchandise recovery, participating in freight processing, completing merchandising procedures, assembling merchandise, janitorial duties, executing price changes, operating equipment (forklift, baler), assisting with loading, and maintaining the safety and well-being of poultry.
• Completing all documentation related to these duties.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

No experience required; retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is necessary.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities
Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, basic computer skills, and interpersonal skills are also important.

Working Conditions
Mostly indoor environment with moderate noise, hard surfaces, adequate lighting and temperature. Shifts vary but typically are no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours. Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements
Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, operate equipment, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks such as lifting, reaching, and climbing.
