CDL‑A Dedicated Driver – Home Daily
Leverage your CDL‑A skills as a dedicated driver who works from a terminal but enjoys home‑daily schedules. Driver transportation to and from the terminal is required; the tractor remains at the terminal during the shift.
CompensationHourly Base Pay: $26.00 per hour for all time spent working – including non‑driving work such as receiving dispatches, trip planning, pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, fueling, waiting to load and unload, rest breaks, and completing paperwork.
Additional Rest Break Pay: For every 10‑minute rest break earned as per the table below. The pay is also credited if no actual break is taken.
- Less than 3.5 hours – 0 rests
- 3.5 to 6.0 hours – 1 rest
- 6.1 to 10.0 hours – 2 rests
- 10.1 to 14.0 hours – 3 rests
Rest break pay is calculated at the same hourly rate of $26.00.

After 180 days of active service, employees may enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan. Missing the enrollment deadline forfeits benefits until the next annual open enrollment.
Vacation & Paid Sick LeaveAfter 90 days of service, you will be granted 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave. Vacation accrues as follows:
- First anniversary – 40 hours
- Fifth anniversary – 80 hours
- Tenth anniversary – 120 hours
Both vacation and paid sick leave are paid at the rate of $26.00 per hour, with no accrual during the first year.
