  • Coordinate end‑to‑end domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, changes, and real‑time troubleshooting
  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies
  • Plan and support team engagements such as leadership meetings, customer and vendor meetings, staff meetings, all‑hands sessions, off‑sites, and team‑building events
  • Manage staff meetings end‑to‑end, including agenda development, materials coordination, and follow‑up on action items
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure critical initiatives move forward without delay
  • Comfortable owning and driving small‑to‑medium operational projects as needed (e.g., office moves, build‑outs, or team initiatives)
  • Partner closely with leaders, program and project teams, recruiting, and fellow executive support professionals to ensure seamless organizational support
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and internal processes; help design and implement scalable systems that enhance team effectiveness
Required Traits, Expertise, and Skills

  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive, confidential, or high‑stakes information
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow‑through
  • Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners
  • Comfortable working independently while remaining highly collaborative
  • Service‑oriented mindset with a focus on anticipating needs and delivering a consistently high standard of support
