Construction Project Manager

A leading commercial general contractor that is known for high-profile commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, entertainment, and public sector projects is currently hiring for a Commercial Construction Project Manager to support the K-12 Educational projects.

(Summary of

Key Responsibilities )

+ Will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout.

+ Will be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.

+ Change Orders, RFIs, and Submittals Process.

+ Support projects from cradle to grave.

(Qualification Requirements)

+ 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.

+ Commercial Construction experience is a must-have. Must be coming from a commercial ground-up or TI.

+ Ground Up project experience from Cradle to Grave.

+ Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyout, and change orders.

+ Strong understanding of contract administration and cost control.

+ Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Project experience within commercial, K-12, municipal, multifamily, mixed-use, or tenant improvement.

+ Familiarity with the Washington construction market and local subcontractor network.

+ Procore knowledge is a nice-to-have.

This is a Contract position based out of Mercer Island, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $72.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
