Bilingual Mandarin​/English IT Service Desk; Night Shift

Logicalis, Inc. is seeking a bilingual IT Service Desk professional fluent in Mandarin and English to work Sunday through Thursday, 9 PM to 6 AM EST. You will handle initial communications, triage incidents, and facilitate service request fulfillment for Managed Services NOC.

Responsibilities include incident documentation in Service Now, adherence to ITIL processes, and establishing strong customer/vendor communications while maintaining knowledge of SLAs and core offerings.
