Position: Certified Nursing Assistant FT NOC

Covenant Living is the nation’s sixth-largest nonprofit senior living provider, offering assisted living and memory care. We seek Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who will help improve the quality of life for older adults and support their families. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail‑oriented, and committed to providing respectful, faith‑based care in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Reports directly to the nurse manager; may also receive direction from licensed nurses or other supervisory staff.
  • Provides direct care to residents on a daily basis.
  • Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
  • Supports residents with basic personal care—bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, grooming, feeding, transportation/transfer, etc.—following established procedures and daily assignments.
  • Maintains resident rooms clean and orderly, changing linens, making beds, tidying bedside tables, closets, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Assists with resident laundry, ensuring clothes are marked, clean, mended, ironed, and put away; notifies supervisor of clothing needs as they arise.
  • Prepares residents for meals and assists with serving meals and feeding.
  • May be cross‑trained in Assisted Living.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion and passing of an approved Nursing Assistant program in the state.
  • Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.
Compensation

Pay range: $21.95 – $26.80 per hour (depending on qualifications, experience, location, and equity considerations).
