Era Living is seeking full-time Senior Lead Food Server to become the newest members of our Dining Services team located in our Aljoya Mercer Island Community, Mercer Island, WA. Available shifts will be scheduled Saturday-Wednesday, 11:30am – 08:00pm.
Applicants must be 21 years or older to meet the legal requirements for Alcohol Server Certification.

Develops staff schedules, ensuring adequate staffing for all shifts; works with Department Supervisor to ensure consideration of budget and quality of service for all meals and special events
Expedite dinner operations for the dining room by supporting staff with serving, hosting, bussing and dishwashing duties
Assists Department Supervisor with training of staff
Prepares, revises and informs.
