Pilates Instructor – Club Pilates – Mercer Island

We are hiring full‑time and part‑time Pilates instructors. Pay ranges from $40.00 to $65.00 per class, with base pay plus class‑rate and bonus opportunities. Compensation is negotiable for qualified talent.

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (including Mat and Reformer)
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer‑service skills
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
• Professional and effective communication skills
• Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry (especially Pilates)
• Passion for learning and attendance of ongoing education trainings and seminars
• Punctual and reliable

• Skilled in safe use of Pilates equipment (Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Cadillac, TRX, Magic Circle, etc.) to provide a safe and creative group experience
• Demonstrate anatomical knowledge, provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limitations
• Stay up‑to‑date with and implement Club Pilates education standards at all times
• Develop and create class plans that are safe, effective, and challenging per Club Pilates standards
• Provide Pilates instruction including intro classes, group apparatus classes, private and semi‑private training as scheduled
• Carry out any other duties as assigned
