Automotive BDC Representative

We are looking for an energetic, friendly and experienced BDC Representative to join our growing automotive dealership team! The ideal candidate will have a proven background in automotive business development, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into appointments that drive sales and service opportunities. As a key member of our customer relations team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, following up on internet leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from first contact to showroom.
