In this role, you will act as a liaison with District Managers to optimize the operations of multiple offices. You will monitor schedules, assist with training execution, and ensure compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with strong organizational abilities and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with District Managers for operational effectiveness
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support and adjust office schedules as necessary
• Ensure compliance and operational readiness of offices
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years in a customer-oriented industry
• Willingness to drive to various office locations
• Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills
• Knowledge of H&R Block responsibilities preferred
• Authorization to work in Canada required
