COGIR Real Estate is looking for a dedicated individual to provide outstanding service to residents and guests. As a part-time Receptionist, you will assist with daily tasks, maintain schedules, and offer a warm welcome to visitors. Your commitment to customer service and strong team spirit will be essential to enhance our community experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist superiors and team members with administrative tasks
• Greet visitors and maintain strong resident relationships
• Manage appointments and incoming calls
• Maintain residence directories and necessary registers
• Provide high-level customer service consistently
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English, written and oral
• One year relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of Maitre D and Hopem software an asset
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Professional studies diploma in secretarial field
