Position: Process Engineer for Airbus A220
Enhance production performance for the Airbus A220 program as a Process Engineer in Mirabel, Quebec. Focus on operational efficiency through data analysis and process improvement strategies.

In this role with the Manufacturing Engineering department, you will need 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial settings, especially aerospace, to drive improvements. Lead initiatives in performance analysis, balance production lines, and develop Standard Line Balancing systems to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead performance analysis initiatives for series production

• Create and uphold Standard Line Balancing systems

• Publish final balancing reports for aircraft in production

• Propose concrete plans to boost process efficiency

• Act as a liaison with production and engineering teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field

• 3 to 5 years in an industrial workplace

• Knowledgeable in time analysis and line balancing

• Expertise in flow modeling and root cause analysis

• Fluency in French and English
