We are actively seeking an expert AI Scrum Master with deep experience in the Microsoft AI ecosystem. This long-term prospect offers an opportunity to guide teams in Agile methodologies while collaborating on AI transformation initiatives. Prior experience with Microsoft platforms, particularly Azure services, will be essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Scrum ceremonies and AI-driven Agile delivery
• Engage with product owners and stakeholders effectively
• Implement strategies using Microsoft Azure and Copilot
• Support teams in achieving enterprise AI goals
• Facilitate communication and collaboration in project settings
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI ecosystem
• Comprehensive knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles
• Proven track record in AI project delivery
• Experience with SAP Hybris or related eCommerce platforms is a plus
• Willingness to work onsite or in a hybrid model
