Store Leadership and Management

Position: Store Leadership and Management Roles
Drive store performance as a Store Leader. Support daily operations, lead retail teams, and ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met in a vibrant environment.

This role reports directly to management and involves leading store operations effectively. You'll be responsible for supervising associates, implementing merchandising strategies, and addressing customer complaints. Important management tasks will include cash handling, training staff, and maintaining inventory during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise team members in store operations

• Manage storefront merchandising and daily shipments

• Deliver excellent customer service and swiftly resolve issues

• Conduct essential manager-on-duty tasks

• Maintain store safety and cleanliness

Requirements:

• One year of retail experience minimum

• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong leadership and communication skills required

• Must have open availability

• Ability to effectively manage tasks in a high-volume setting
