USD $18.00 - $20.00 /hr.

• General Training & Comprehension - Learn and perform the job assignments of the housekeeper, heavy housekeeper/floor tech, and laundry worker positions and, as such, can operate, and teach others how to operate a variety of industrial cleaning equipment.
• Leadership Development - Assist in training, quality control, and in-servicing of staff according to policies and procedures and federal/state requirements.
• Policies & Procedures - Learn to provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure that quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met.
• Reporting - Train in maintaining records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment in report format to be delivered to HCSG and facility management.
• Training - Responsible for all training, quality control and in-servicing staff to meet HCSG standards, including touring various areas at the facility several times per day to assess work quality using QCIs for documentation.
• Leadership - Learn to handle managerial responsibilities including payroll submission, staffing patterns, coaching and discipline, purchasing, inventory and budgeting.
• Communication - Effectively communicate directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to HCSG staff.
• Safety - Use protective gear, safe mixing of cleaning solutions, report equipment/cleaning product needs and maintain infection control, isolation and handwashing procedures.
• Punctuality - Consistent attendance and punctual arrival; timely completion of assigned cleaning area according to schedule.
