Responsibilities

Responsibilitieswillincludebutnotlimitedtoscheduling,coordinatingandsupervisingalltradecontractorsonsite.

Maintaindailylogs,attendjobmeetings,maintainasbuilt’sandcloseoutdocs.

Assistinresolvingconstructionproblems.

Qualifiedapplicantsmusthaveknowledgeofallaspectsofconstruction.

• • Supervisessubcontractorsandforementoensuretimelyandqualitycompletionofcontractedwork.
  • Planandcoordinateconstructionactivities,inspectconstructionworkinprogress,andreviewmaterialsforcompliancewithspecifications,plans,and standards.
  • Inconjunctionwith Project Manager ,manageprojectscheduletoensureallprojectdeadlinesareachieved.
  • Cultivateaworkingrelationshipwith Project Managers ,Project Laborers,Trade Contractorsandclientsinamannerthatencouragesacooperative,teameffortandprofessionalapproach.
  • Ensureprojectquality,cost,andschedulemeetorbeatestimates.
  • Servesasaliaisonbetweenthe Owner,Architect,Engineer,Contractor and Subcontractortoresolvequestionsand/orconcernsarisingduringthecourseofconstruction.
  • Assistthe Project Managerinpreparationofaggressivebutrealisticconstructionschedules .
  • Reviews,plansandscheduleswith

    Managertoobtainpersonnel,materialandequipmentneedsandsubcontractorperformanceinamannerconsistentwithscheduledrequirements,budgetedcostandtimelydeliveries.
  • Ensure that Safetyregulationsand Safepracticesarefollowedatalltimes .
  • Responsibleforimplementing,maintainingandenforcingallprojectsafetyprocedures.
  • Completeprojectrecords,includingdailyprojectprogressreportsandcrewtimesheets.
  • Holdweeklyjobprogressmeetingswithallsubcontractorstocoordinateprojectprogress.
  • Maintain accurate As-Built drawings.
  • Implement Quality Control Program .

Requirements

• • 10+yearsrelatedsupervisoryexperienceintheconstructionindustry.
  • Abilitytomeetdeadlines,staywithinbudget,andproduceanexceptionalproject.
  • Abilitytoplanaheadandextinguishpotentialissuesbeforetheybecomeissues.
  • Experiencesupervisingcommercialprojectsrangingfrom $1,000,000to $25,000,000.
  • Abilitytoorganizeandmanagemultiplepriorities.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Abilityto Workina Team Environment
  • Abilitytoreadandunderstandtechnicaldata,interpretconstructiondrawings,architecturaldrawingsandspecifications.
  • Musthaveexperienceinalldivisionsofwork,methods,materialsandscheduling.
  • Basiclayoutskills.
  • Proficientwithcomputerskills.
  • Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
  • Knowledge of Safetyregulationsand Safepracticesforthe Construction Industry .
  • OSHA
    30-Hour Certification.
  • High School Degree
