TheAPM/Project Engineerwillassisttheprojectmanagerinthetotalconstructionefforttoensureprojectsareconstructedinaccordancewithdesign,budgetandschedule.

Thisincludesbutnotlimitedto:

• Correspondencewithclientrepresentative,architectandengineerrepresentatives,and subcontractors
• Log-in,trackandreviewshopdrawingsandsubmittals
• Createweeklymeetingminutes.
• Obtainandtrackcloseoutdocuments.
• Maintainandenforceprojectobjectives,policies,proceduresandperformancestandardswithinboundariesofcorporatepolicy.
• Mustbeabletomanagemultipleanddiverseassignments,workindependentlyandmeetdeadlineswithlimitedsupervision.
• Mustbeabletoapplyinnovativeandeffectivetechniquestomaximizeperformance.
• Musthaveathoroughunderstandingofcorporateandindustrypractices,processes,standards,etc.andtheirimpactonprojectactivities.
• Musthavesuperiorcommunicationandinterpersonal(tact,diplomacy,influence,etc.)skills.

Applicantsmusthaveabachelor’sdegreeor4yearsconstructionprojectengineeringexperience.

Applicantsmusthavestrongcomputerskills.

Candidatemusthaveeffectivewrittenandoralcommunicationskills.

Procore Project Managementsoftwareexperienceaplus .Salarywillbecommensuratewithexperienceandbestfitforthisposition.
