Experiencemanagingprojectsisarequired.

Responsibilitieswillincludebutnotlimitedtooverseeingthetotalconstructionefforttoensureprojectisconstructedinaccordancewithdesign,budgetandschedule.

Theprojectmanagerwill:

• Includesinterfacingwithclientrepresentatives,A/Erepresentatives,subcontractors,consultants,etc.
• Plan,organizeandstaffkeyfieldpositions.
• Monitor/controlconstructionthroughadministrativedirectionofon-site Superintendenttoensureprojectisbuiltonscheduleandwithinbudget;
• Inconjunctionwith Project Superintendent ,manageprojectscheduletoensureallprojectdeadlinesareachieved.
• Investigatepotentiallyserioussituationsandimplementcorrectivemeasures.
• Authorize/Approveallprojectpersonneltransaction,purchase requisitions,change requests,etc.
• Establishprojectobjectives,policies,proceduresandperformancestandardswithinboundariesofcorporatepolicy
• InitiateandmaintainliaisonwithprimeclientandA/EContactstofacilitateconstructionactivities.
• Managefinancialaspectsofcontracts(feepayment,rental equipment,income/expenses,etc) toprotectthecompany’sinterestandsimultaneouslymaintaingoodrelationshipwith
  
  Client.
• Havetheabilitytotrackandmanagefinancialstandingoftheprojectsundertheirsupervision
• Maintainofficialprojectloganddocumentationfiles.
• Cultivateaworkingrelationshipwith Client sand Subcontractors /Suppliersinamannerthatencouragesacooperative,teameffortandprofessionalapproach.
• Servesasaliaisonbetweenthe Owner,Architect,Engineer,Contractor and Subcontractortoresolvequestionsand/orconcernsarisingduringthecourseofconstruction.
• Reviews,plansandscheduleswith

  Superintendenttoobtainpersonnel,materialandequipmentneedsandsubcontractorperformanceinamannerconsistentwithscheduledrequirements,budgetedcostandtimelydeliveries.
• Ensure that Safetyregulationsand Safepracticesarefollowedatalltimes .
• Holdweeklyjobprogressmeetingswith Ownersand Subcontractorstocoordinateprojectprogress .
• Maintain accurate As-Builtdrawings.
• Implement Quality Control Program .

• 5+yearsrelatedmanagementexperienceintheconstructionindustry.
• Abilitytomeetdeadlines,staywithinbudget,andproduceanexceptionalproject
• Abilitytoplanaheadandextinguishpotentialissuesbeforetheybecomeissues
• Experiencemanagingcommercialprojectsrangingfrom $1,000,000to $25,000,000.
• Abilitytoorganizeandmanagemultiplepriorities
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Abilityto Workina Team Environment
• Abilitytoreadandunderstandtechnicaldata,interpretconstructiondrawings,architecturaldrawingsandspecifications
• Musthaveexperienceinalldivisionsofwork,methods,materialsandscheduling
• Proficientwithcomputerskills.
