As an Environmental Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of environmental responsibility across our Tradebe Northeast facilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in environmental services or a related industry, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate expertise in RCRA permitting and environmental regulations.
Key Job Responsibilities- Ensure Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations, standards, and internal policies while fostering a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. - Permit Management:
Ensure adherence to all Federal, State, and Local environmental permits, including but not limited to Wastewater, RCRA Part B, Stormwater, Air Permit, 10-Day Transfer Permit, and applicable DOT regulations. - Operational Support:
Partner with Operations teams to address environmental compliance challenges, providing research-based solutions and technical guidance. - Training &
Education:
Develop and deliver training programs for Operations team to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permit requirements. - Inspections & Audits:
Conduct environmental permit inspections, assist with internal compliance audits, and support daily site inspections. - Agency Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact with environmental agencies, addressing regulatory updates, permit renewals, and compliance concerns.
- Experience in manufacturing, consulting, or related industrial environment.
- Five years of direct RCRA permitting/compliance, Wastewater Treatment and Air compliance experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or consulting environment through previous work.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization, including Plant Management, Operators, Executives, and external stakeholders such as regulatory agencies, contractors, and consultants.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulations into clear guidance.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,k depending on factors such as your location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Please note that the top end of the range is not guaranteed. Final compensation will be determined through a thoughtful assessment of your background and fit for the role.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for bonus potential
