Associate - Coinvestment Team (Alternative Asset Manager)

A leading U.S. alternative asset manager with a multi‑strategy platform is seeking an Associate to sit on their Coinvestment team. The firm focuses on identifying differentiated private‑market opportunities, particularly in the U.S. middle market, and seeks to generate strong, long‑term investment performance for its clients.

The Co‑Investment team is seeking two Associates to support deal evaluation and execution across private market strategies. This role offers exposure to a broad set of transactions and the opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals.

• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and company/industry prospective co‑investment opportunities
• Support end‑to‑end deal processes, including due diligence, memo preparation, and portfolio monitoring
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, credit, or related fields
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
